According to a global survey conducted between July and August 2022, survey respondents aged between 16 to 74 years expected climate change to have either a very or somewhat severe effect in the area they live in over the next ten years. Interestingly, 71 percent of the respondents among the various age categories believed to experience severe climate change effects in their locality in the next decade.
