According to a survey on the impact of COVID-19 on tourism conducted by Rakuten Insight in July 2022, 78 percent of respondents in Vietnam stated that they planned to purchase travel insurance for their post-COVID trips. The same survey revealed that Southeast Asia countries were the most popular region to travel to among Vietnamese travelers.
