According to a survey on the impact of COVID-19 on tourism conducted by Rakuten Insight in July 2022, 82 percent of respondents who decided to travel abroad in 2022 in Vietnam stated that leisure or holidays were the reason for their travels. The same survey revealed that the main factor for people who decided to travel abroad this year was because they were already fully vaccinated and they felt safe traveling.
