According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in 2022, majority of the respondents in India who planned on travelling abroad that year were vaccinated and they felt safe to travel during coronavirus pandemic. Notably, 18 percent of the respondents stated that they had saved enough from the last two years during the pandemic to travel that year.
