Individual effort towards the transition to renewable energy in Turkey 2021

An opinion poll conducted in Turkey in September 2021 revealed that one-quarter of the Turkish people would not make any individual effort for their country to abandon coal and natural gas in order to meet its energy needs from renewables such as solar and wind power. Additionally, the most popular answer was supporting those who advocated energy transition on social media, with 43 percent of the respondents agreeing with the idea.
