In a 2022 survey conducted among consumers in the Asia-Pacific region, 35 percent of the respondents found digital experiences to be more important to build trust while 23 percent preferred in-person experiences. The share of respondents valuing digital experiences was the highest in India, compared to consumers from New Zealand who preferred in-person experiences more.
