According to a survey on e-commerce conducted by Rakuten Insight, 45 percent of respondents in Singapore who decreased their online shopping frequency stated they did so as they started shopping more in physical shops following the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions in their country. In comparison, 12 percent of respondents said that they did so as the items they wanted to purchase were not available online.
