Businesses replacing mobile network operator because of account manager 2022
In a 2022 survey, while business leaders unsurprisingly indicated poor network performance as the main reason they changed mobile network providers, over two-thirds of respondents changed providers due to a poor relationship with their account manager. This reason was most common in the United States, with around 77 percent of U.S. business leaders indicating the relationship with their account managers as to why they changed providers; and nearly 70 percent of German leaders answered the same.
