According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in South Korea in July 2022, around 52 percent of respondents aged between 35 and 44 years stated that they planned on traveling to Southeast Asia this year. This was the most popular destination among all age groups with the exception of 16 to 24 year olds, who favored Europe.
