In 2022, 59 percent of respondents to a survey in Germany stated wearing white to a wedding was absolutely off-limits. 31 percent, on the other hand, thought that embarrassing speeches were mostly acceptable. 15 percent of those asked thought that is was absolutely off-limits for a guest to miss the food or ceremony. This survey shows how off-limits people determine certain behavior to be at a wedding.
