When buying used cars, eight in ten French consumers opted for websites of major automotive brands specialized in selling secondhand cars, a 2021 survey showed. Half of surveyed consumers used such platforms as a main source for their purchase, while car dealers specialized in pre-owned vehicles were the second-most popular online platforms.
