The results of a 2021 survey of marketing and advertising professionals from brands and agencies in the United States show that 66 percent of respondents said they meant to target audiences based on age in order to improve the diversity and inclusion of their advertising efforts. At the same time 41 percent of the survey participants mean to target the LGBTQ+ communities.
