According to a survey in which Italian respondents were asked about their favorite plant-based products in 2022, the largest group of respondents, 57 percent, answered with products such as burgers, cutlets, meatballs, and nuggets. In second place among the most consumed plant-based products were beverages such as those made from soy, rice, oats, almonds, and coconut, chosen by 47 percent of respondents.
