According to a survey conducted in 2022, around 40 percent of the generation Z consumers in China spent between 201 and 400 yuan monthly on buying apparel. In comparison, around 3.4 percent of surveyed Gen Z apparel buyers spent more than 1,000 yuan monthly on clothes.
