According to a survey on Ramadan conducted in Malaysia between February and March 2022, 84 percent of Muslim respondents in Malaysia indicated that they planned on increasing worship during Ramadan that year. In comparison, 18 percent of the respondents indicated they planned to play games to fill the time during Ramadan of that year.
