As of June 2021, a little over two percent of Android users worldwide had decided to opt out of the Google advertising identifier tracking (GAID). Android users in China represent an exception, with approximately 35 percent deciding to opt out of personalization. By comparison, only around 1.91 percent and 1.87 percent of Android users in the United Kingdom and the United States decided to do the same, respectively.
