Lithuania: energy inflation rate by commodity 2024

Liquid fuel price inflation in Lithuania skyrocketed in 2022 following the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine war. Figures peaked at 124.9 percent in July of that year. Beginning in 2021, electricity, gas, and energy price inflation rates also rose considerably in the Baltic country. However, since the beginning of 2023, energy commodity prices have shown a decrease in the country and have increased slightly in 2024.
