Almost one third of Italian shoppers tracked deliveries and returns exclusively on mobile apps, a survey from 2021 revealed. Almost the same percentage of respondents stated they used shopping apps to look for inspiration, while the third-most popular in-app activity was creating a shopping list (28 percent of answers).

Data retrieved from a bigger global survey carried out among 18,000 respondents in the following countries: U.S., UK, Australia, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
