A survey held in the United States in early 2022 revealed that younger news consumers, those aged 18 to 24 years old, were the least likely to use e-mail as their main source of news, with just three percent having done so in the week running to the survey. Adults aged 45 years or above were the most likely to say that their main news source was e-mail.
