Reasons for continued use of mental wellness apps Malaysia 2022
According to a survey on mental health and wellness conducted by Rakuten Insight in Malaysia in May 2022, 53 percent of the respondents indicated that they would continue using mental wellness apps because it is convenient. On the other hand 27 percent of the respondents indicated that they would continue using mental wellness apps because they value the privacy that such apps give as mental health is still a taboo topic where they live.
