Importance of employer's transparency in China 2022, by topic
According to a survey conducted in mainland China in March of 2022, 89 percent of respondents thought that it was at least moderately important that their employer was transparent about their organization's record on protecting workers' health and safety and its impact on the economy. Employees were the least concerned about transparency addressing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
