Although the cost of cement and pre-cast concrete also increased significantly that year, but the price of concrete-reinforcing bars in 2023 was over 20.9 percent lower than in 2022. These figures are an index based on the prices of 2015, which have been set at 100. This serves the purpose of showing the price evolution of this construction material.
