According to a survey on e-wallet usage by Oppotus, the leading e-wallet used in Malaysia as of the 4th quarter of 2022 was Touch 'n Go with 70 percent of respondents having used it before. This was followed by Maybank and Grab Pay digital payment services, with 45 and 35 percent of respondents said they have used either service before.
