According to a survey conducted in selected Asian countries in February and March 2022, 78 percent of all Muslim respondents have agreed upon that it is important for the brands to understand their faith while marketing during Ramadan in 2022. Moreover, among the other Asian countries, Indonesia had the highest share of Muslim respondents, who agree on that brands should understand their faith, valuing to 88 percent. Comparatively, 49 percent of Muslim respondents in Uzbekistan agree on the statement of brands understanding the faith of Muslims during Ramadan in 2022.
