According to a survey conducted in selected Asian countries in February and March 2022, 76 percent of all Muslim respondents were open to try new brands during Ramadan in 2022. The share of Muslim respondents willing to try new brands was the highest in Indonesia, with a share of 90 percent. This was followed by India, with a share of 86 percent of Muslim respondents in 2022. Comparatively, 47 percent of respondents in Uzbekistan were open to try new brands during Ramadan.
