Opinion on costs of rent in New Zealand 2022
In 2022, a survey conducted in New Zealand on housing trends showed that around 66 percent of respondents who were currently renting felt that the cost of rent was very overpriced. That same year, about five percent of respondents said they felt the rent was reasonably priced.
