In 2022, DBS PayLah! was the e-payment app with the highest customer satisfaction index in Singapore, with a score of 80.9 out of 100. In comparison, the super app Grab's mobile wallet score reached 75.2. Other digital payment apps such as Samsung Pay, Google Pay, ApplePay and Singtel Dash scored 73.8 on the satisfaction index.
