In 2021, Taiwan imported around 287.5 million U.S. dollar-worth of frozen shrimps and prawns, making it the most imported fish and seafood product that year. Other leading fish and seafood products imported to Taiwan included inedible fish and seafood flours, salmon, and frozen cuttlefish.
