According to a survey on online shopping by Oppotus, Malaysian consumers increased making online purchases from e-commerce sites during the COVID-19 pandemic. The share of those who made online purchases from e-commerce sites decreased to 31 percent in the 4th quarter 2022, as most activities have resumed to normal.
