According to a survey conducted in selected Asian countries in February and March 2022, 99 percent of Muslim respondents residing in India shared that they awaited the season of Ramadan every year. In contrast, 90 percent of Muslims living in Uzbekistan stated to strongly anticipate Ramadan season every year.
