According to a survey on online shopping behavior in Thailand conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2022, 60 percent of respondents stated that they would continue to shop online because they had a positive experience with using e-commerce sites and online shopping. In comparison, 21 percent of respondents expressed their concerns about contracting COVID-19.
