Genre of content of selected BVOD services in the UK 2024

Among broadcaster video-on-demand (BVOD) services in the UK in 2024, UKTV Play and ITVX offered by far the highest proportion of content hours in the drama genre, with around 46 and 33 percent of their content being classified as drama. By comparison, a quarter of BBC iPlayer's content offerings were classified in the entertainment genre.
