Assessment of fitness in Poland 2021, by age
In 2021, the youngest Polish people declared very good and good physical fitness most often: 98.4 percent of five to nine years olds; 98.9 percent of 10 to 14-year-olds; 93.4 percent of 15 to 19-year-olds. Physical fitness worsened with age. Every second Pole in the 60-69 age group declared an average physical condition.
