According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online shopping behavior in India conducted in June 2022, 63 percent of consumers responded that they had an overall positive experience with the e-commerce site and online shopping, and would continue using them. In contrast, 42 percent of consumers found online shopping to be more convenient.
