Restock notification methods for U.S. and UK apparel e-shoppers 2022
A 2022 survey revealed that most digital buyers from the United States and the United Kingdom (UK) preferred to be notified via email when an apparel item they are interested in is back in stock, with 75 percent of respondents reporting this. Additionally, 38 percent of respondents preferred to be notified via text message. Only 13 percent of respondents opted for the option to have the item auto-added to their shopping carts.
