Leading reasons for stop making online purchases in Taiwan 2022

According to a survey on online shopping behavior in Taiwan conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2022, about 71 percent of respondents said they would stop using online shopping because they preferred to inspect the products in the physical stores. Meanwhile, around 19 percent of the respondents who discontinued online shopping said it was because of their negative experience.
