For the 2020 Supreme Court term, Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Kavanaugh were in agreement on 95.2 percent of rulings. In contrast, the Chief Justice and Justice Sotomayor, the Court's most liberal justice, agreed on 58.1 percent of rulings.
