Gender diversity in the leadership of Capital One 2021
In 2021, the share of women in leadership positions at Capital One varied across senior leadership roles but remained between 30 and 37 percent in all roles. The percentage of women was the highest at 36.6 percent among associates at director and senior director levels. Gender diversity was the lowest on the board of directors, where only approximately 30 percent of the seats were held by women.
