According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in India in May 2022, around 39 percent of male respondents and 41 percent of female respondents stated that they recently began exercising regularly in order to improve their mental wellbeing. Other popular methods to improve mental wellness included meditation and mindfulness as well as improving sleep hygiene.
