A survey conducted in Hong Kong by Rakuten Insight in May 2022 revealed that almost 70 percent of respondents were actively working on their mental wellbeing. The most popular methods included exercising regularly and switching to a healthier diet. Less than one in ten respondents attended counseling or therapy sessions within 12 months prior to the survey.
