Most practiced methods to improve mental wellness in China 2022

A survey conducted in China by Rakuten Insight in May 2022 revealed that almost 80 percent of respondents were actively working on their mental wellbeing. The most popular methods included improving sleep hygiene, exercising regularly, and switching to a healthier diet. Spiritual or religious practices were only admitted by around one in 25 respondents.
