Approximately nine out of ten Gen Z representatives in Romania cited the possibility to work remotely and meal tickets as basic extra-salary benefits that could be provided by employers of the country, according to a survey from July 2021. Holiday and gift vouchers as well as gifts from the employer were named special by about 70 percent and 60 percent of the survey participants, respectively.

The source specified that the sample is representative by gender and regions of Romania. Both urban and rural population was surveyed.
