According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on sustainable consumption in 2023, the leading reason against adopting sustainable consumption practices was the lack of information to make sustainable choices, as stated by 42 percent of the respondents in Vietnam. The survey also revealed that over half of them considered purchasing sustainable or environmental-friendly products very important to them.
