According to a survey on mental wellness conducted by Rakuten Insight in May 2022, about half of respondents in the Philippines stated that they bought products for better sleep, such as weighted blankets, pillows, and eye masks, in order to improve their mental wellness. The same survey revealed that most Filipinos improve their sleep hygiene in efforts to improve their mental health.
