According to a survey carried out in January 2022, nearly 30 percent of the surveyed Russians did not use pickup services offered by online retailers because they preferred courier delivery. Over one fifth of respondents stated that there were no conveniently located points. Furthermore, 11 percent were not happy with the cost of that shipping method.
