Approximately four out of ten Gen Z representatives in Romania reused plastic packaging, while nearly one fifth avoided buying it in order to fight climate change, according to a survey from July 2021. Furthermore, about 12 percent of the respondents preferred purchasing secondhand electronics.

The source specified that the sample is representative by gender and regions of Romania. Both urban and rural population was surveyed.
