According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in South Korea in 2022, around 46 percent of respondents stated that they recently began exercising regularly in order to improve their mental wellbeing. Other popular methods to bolster mental wellness included meditation and mindfulness as well as improving sleep hygiene.
