According to the results of a survey carried out in the United Kingdom in 2021, the majority of beauty consumers stated that they found the label "vegan" on cosmetics products more appealing. By contrast, approximately 39.5 percent of surveyed cosmetic and toiletry consumers said that they preferred the label "cruelty-free".
