A 2022 survey found that 87 percent of workers with remote-work options work remotely one or more days per week, with 32 percent working remotely five days a week. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many workers across the U.S. began working remotely for the first time. The popularity of remote work has continued as pandemic restrictions have relaxed.
