In 2023, white employees were the predominant group across nearly all job categories at PNC Financial Services in the United States. At the executive and senior levels, over 83 percent of employees identified as white, making it the least racially diverse category at the company. Among professionals and first- and mid-level officials and managers, the share of white employees ranged from 71 to 73 percent.
